How many times a week should I use a trainer? Expand

We recommend a minimum of two sessions per week, but can do as many as you feel you'd like.

How long before I see results? Expand

That depends on how much effort you put forth, how many sessions you do each week, and how much you work out on your own between sessions.

When can I train? Expand

Training sessions are set up by appointment, and we can accommodate your schedule. Please contact us to see when we can work with you.

Can I pay for my monthly membership and/or training sessions online? Expand

Yes, just pop over to our payment page.

How will my trainer know what program is right for me? Expand

We will design your program according to your fitness goals.  Everyone has different goals and we will listen to you and your goals and then design the program to help you reach those goals.

How is working with a trainer different than working out by myself at the gym? Expand

Working with a trainer is much different than by yourself.  You become more accountable to go to the gym when you have an appointment with a trainer. A trainer will push you harder then you will push yourself and the variety of exercises that a trainer has is more than most people know.  They will teach you proper form to reduce the chances of injuries and help with your progress.

Can you give an example of what a training sessions would consist of? Expand

A training session consists of a variety of cardiovascular and resistance training.  The sessions are always changing to insure muscle confusion to benefit a client's fitness.
