Walking into a gym for the first time can be scary and intimidating for many of us. This is how I felt when I met with my personal trainer, Brian Quinlisk, for the first time. With Brian’s support and accountability, I began to enjoy exercise and looked forward to my time at the gym. Strength training gave me the confidence I needed and soon I had dropped 85 pounds. My excitement of all things health and fitness took me on a new journey. A journey of learning and to begin sharing this knowledge with others who are struggling as I did. As a Personal Trainer, I am here to support and guide you. My goal is to build confidence and make exercise fun for all my clients. As a Pre and Postnatal Coach, I can ensure your workouts are safe and effective with prenatal and postnatal personal training programs. Maintaining a healthy body during your pregnancy is greatly beneficial not only for yourself but for your baby as well. A healthy and fit body will allow for an easier pregnancy, decreased back and pelvic pain, reduced labor time, and quicker return to your pre-baby body.

As a Nutrition Coach, I am here and ready to take this journey with you. I will answer questions and concerns you may have with your own eating habits.
